Support music education in Berks County by making a donation to the Peter Brye Music Education Fund.

In 1989, Peter Brye founded and led the Reading Symphony Youth Orchestra for 27 years. Upon his retirement at the end of the 2015-2016 Season. Due to his dedication, longevity, and commitment to music education for Berks County youths, he is the most influential musician and music teacher in Berks County. Upon retirement, the RSO created the Peter Brye Music Education Fund in honor of his service.

This fund assists in financing education initiatives in keeping with Peter’s vision for the future of the Reading Symphony Youth Orchestra and music education in Reading and Berks County.
